First and foremost, the quality of the teaching staff and the educational material is impressive. All lessons take place online via Zoom, allowing for direct interaction with the instructors and receiving detailed answers to questions.
Secondly, the school provides an individualized approach and flexibility. The Mathshub management genuinely listens to feedback from students and implements improvements in the learning process. For example, all homework assignments are now being reviewed, and the groups for pair programming were reassigned based on students' levels. When we faced high project loads and many of us struggled to complete them on time, the school gave us a one-week break so that all students could calmly finish their projects and assignments.
Thirdly, there is strong support from the career center. In addition to a series of lectures on resume preparation and job searching, each student has a career coach who provides valuable advice. Personally, I found the idea of keeping an Excel sheet with all job applications extremely helpful, along with the support and guidance from Natasha.
Overall, Mathshub has an incredible community where mentors, career coaches, and fellow students genuinely care about each other's progress and success throughout the learning process.
